Thank you very much! and your poem is as beautiful as always I like the notion "lost to aldulthood" and "hung her hood in the wood" it's just so cool how you thought of it I'll put this beautiful poem on my next journal
Always a pleasure, Moony I try to make my best ^_^ I'm glad you liked it Both those terms have a double interpretation: the "lost to adulthood" phrase is open to be understood as Red's or as our adulthood, as once we grow up, fairy tales are forgotten or dismissed as nonsense The idea of hanging her hood and her child clothes in folklore's woods means both, that she lost her identity (there are so many depictions and stories involving her and many of the storie's characters, that it wouldn't be strange if they lost themselves in all of the different versions) in the vast forest that composes the old stories and folklore of the world. The wood itself can be pictured as a traditional vision of a tree filled place, but it can also be seen as a library, due to the pages being made out of paper
Thank you so much for that You certainly know how to move one's heart You are way too kind, and you don't have to do so but if you want, you can do it you know that the poems I write in your pics are a gift
+ Sorry for the long reply

Banana, banana, banana~na na na!

Omma Nomma Nomanator!
I learned gewd math, Yay!
creatures of ev'ry kind/
weeped their nights away/
missing little Red every day.
She'd been lost to adulthood/
forgotten her forest adventures/
had hung her hood and childish dresses/
long ago in folklore's wood.
The wise 'shrooms/
saddened by this/
a solution they found:
To keep her memory alive/
we will dress as the child!
And so they did/
their soft helms dyed/
of crimson red/
and have ever since/
in memory of her.
